Red Line Extension Project (DBE) – Chicago, IL
Provide market analysis for the proposed Red Line extension stations south of 95th Street. This includes residential real estate market data, lending data and other metrics to help Chicago Transit Authority identify areas of opportunity. Participates in the Red Line Extension community outreach meetings (via Zoom) for each of the proposed stations.
Near West Side and East Garfield Park Housing Market Analysis (MBE) – Chicago, IL
Provided market data and conducted interviews related to housing analyses in East Garfield
Park. This included vacant land parcels and interviews with local developers, real estate brokers, and community stakeholders to understand the landscape of the market.
Cortland/Chicago River Developer Financial Analysis (MBE) – Chicago, IL
Provided market data for support of the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) application for the Related 78 project. This data included historical residential rental and sale numbers to help determine projections and potential housing stock.a
Sale of CPS Closed Schools (MBE) – Chicago, IL
Provided brokerage services in the sale of the 50 closed public schools for Chicago Public Schools. Worked with executive team in gathering offers, scheduling showings, make recommendations to leadership for offer acceptance.
Brokerage Services for Illinois Medical District (MBE) – Chicago, IL
Sale/Lease of vacant land and Illinois Medical District owned real estate within medical district along with assessment of entire portfolio and recommend highest and best use of vacant parcels.
